The EMZ-8U has a special inlet for a single arm fiber optic light guide which allows illumination to be paralleled to the optic path. Which are designed for observing objects that are normally difficult to see under oblique incident-light illumination. Such as holes or cracks, scratches on metal surfaces, IC chips and liquid crystal patterns. The EMZ-8U is designed for high-contrast images and an excellent zoom range of 6.5:1 that is parfocalled all throughout the zoom range. With Greenough optics, for improved image flatness and contrast., resulting in brighter images at the periphery of the field of view. With the large zoom range, the EMZ-8U offers high resolution observation in precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection. In addition to it’s compact design and versatility a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application.
