Specifications

• Excitation Filter (ET470/40x): Centers at 470 nm with a 40 nm bandwidth, effectively isolating the excitation wavelength suitable for EGFP.
• Dichroic Beamsplitter (T495lpxr): Reflects wavelengths below 495 nm and transmits those above, with enhanced performance in the red spectral region.
• Emission Filter (ET525/45m): Centers at 525 nm with a 45 nm bandwidth, accurately capturing the emission spectrum of EGFP.
