The AmScope IN300TC-FL-MF603 inverted fluorescence microscope comes complete with phase contrast objectives, fluorescence capabilities, and digital camera for imaging. This scope is designed for observation of specimens in culture flasks or petri dishes. This microscope features 4x, 10x Ph, 20x Ph, and 40x objectives with 10x Super Wide eyepieces & 25x eyepieces. The 100w mercury power supply comes with both B & G wave band fluorescence filters. For image capture a 6.0 M.P. temperature-controlled, low light sensitive camera is included. This camera features a sensitive CCD sensor which products low-noise images. The camera works with Window, Mac, and Linux system and includes free Windows software for image capture, measurement, image-stitching, and extended depth-of-foucs. The software for Mac & Linux offers limited processing features.
