This high quality fluorescence FITC / GFP microscope by Accu-Scope makes diagnosis simple and easy. With LED illumination there is no need to wait for warm up, cool down, or bulb changes. Switch between bright-field and fluorescence in a matter of seconds. The LED fluorescence illuminator has a 470nm central wavelength. The microscope comes standard with trinocular head and 10x eyepieces which provide a 20mm field of view. The microscope comes with 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil plan achromat or NIS S-Plan APO objectives. The 1.25 N.A. condenser is fully focusable and has slots for phase sliders. The microscope features a 3-watt variable LED illumination system.
